Detailed description of the works The office contains a number of carefully constructed tables which need to be dismantled. The old carpet and lino then need to be removed. The handyman must then measure up the office, purchase new lino from a supplier of their choosing (provide a quote for price of lino) and then lay it down. Because Total Produce Food Service takes health and safety issues very seriously, the tradesman for this job must be able to provide the relevant qualification certificates and have the relevant insurance indemnity forms for the job. There are other jobs to be done in the future going forward such as repainting parts of the building and carrying out repairs to the external structure.
